Daily Food Dairy #12 | Jan. 12th 2016

All I want is chocolate. That's all.

Here's what I ate today.

Breakfast:
1 Grapefruit
Turkey, tomato & kale scramble (no egg)
1 Cup of Green Tea
16 oz water

Lunch:
Leftover Turkey & Kale Soup

16 oz water

Dinner:
Turkey Chili
16 oz water

I added kale and zucchini to ours. I don't like the smell of cumin so I was afraid I wouldn't like this but it ended up being really yummy!!

Again, I missed my snacks. I'm finding it really hard to remember to eat at snack time.
